Free LSAT Prep Workshops
The Law School Admission Test (LSAT) is a four-hour exam. Along with an impressive curriculum vita, glowing letters of recommendation and a well-written personal statement, a good LSAT score is one of the largest factors in admission to law school in the United States and Canada. Georgia State University’s LSAT course is a free six-week program created by Black Student Achievement that offers a four-week comprehensive review of the test’s structure and the three sections of the test: reading comprehension, logical reasoning and analytical reasoning. In the final two weeks of the course, students will be offered the opportunity to take a proctored LSAT exam, which will be administered in the same manner as the real LSAT. Enrolled students will have access to a graduate research assistant (GRA) for outside help with LSAT materials and will be given a review of the necessary steps and materials to gain admission to law school. This class will be offered at two times each week: Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons.
